Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK orders in around 3-4 weeks. An express delivery service is available at an additional cost of £20 per jersey for UK delivery within 2 weeks. International delivery may take longer due to customs and other checks required. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur in the production and shipping process and as such ESK are under no liability to keep within the estimated delivery timeframe. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

For International orders, once the package reaches its destination country, any customs or import duties levied by the government of the destination country must be borne by the recipient.

 

Returns

Due to the bespoke made to order nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. In the rare instance that you should find a fault or error with your order, we would be able to process a refund or exchange depending on the specific situation, once the order has been sent back within 14 days of receipt.
